...with chalkboard paint...
...white patina on a terracotta vase...
...two coats on a metal board and on a little glass jar...a piece of chalk...and voilà...I can write personal words and messages!
After busy and hard weeks today I gifted my self with a long Hammam...body and face massages...jasmine and roses oils...scents from Mediterranean...minth tea... no thoughts or troubles...2 hours of total relax! Just what I needed!!!

I can imagine very well how you appreciate your break in a hammam with the massages and special oils. It's true that during a short time(time of the massage) it allows to forget everything and to be in a positive and zen attitude. Very ressourcing time for sure.

Dear Vale, I´m glad to read that you gave yourself that gift of relaxation. It´s important to do that from time to time.
No, I´m not planning to stop blogging but I can understand that it was a bit confusing when you read my latest contribution on my blog. In Sweden we have something that we call "Jante-lagen" and it´s a typical describtion of people that are envious - "Don´t think that you are anyone - Don´t think that you are worthy respect" Well, something like that and it´s very "Swedish"
I wrote about taking farewell to that way of thinking!
So I can understand that it was a bit difficult to understand!
