Markets in the French Riviera

The provencal food market in Antibes

This week end I was in South of France with my friend Paola. We love this area and we try to go there everytime is possible! I wish to move there in the future...but it's only a dream...
We visited some markets and for the first time...we made a vide-grenier! It was fantastic! We spent most of the time laughing...we'll do it again and again!

Our car ready to go to the vide-grenier in Nice...we're ready to sell!!!

Nice antique-market...we're ready to buy!!!

Like you, - Antibes and markets in Nice really makes me feel on top of the world!!!
Wish I was there!
But whats even better - that you and your friend had a nice time together!!
Sunny side here in Norway today - have been at the elderly home with three new volounteers (have I told you I run the voluonteercenter?)- they are going to bake cakes there every week. You should have seen them all, when the smell from the oven came out.........mh.......and you should see them finally eat! - they dont want food, but warm cakes they rememembered from childhood, coffee and candellights... - the volounteers are vonderful!
Have a nice day!

Hello Vale,
I was so glad that you came to visit my blog in Australia today, your blog looks fantastic, I wish I did more travelling and visited the markets in Europe. I go to a recycle centre three times a week when everyone throws out their unwanted household and business stuff. Their are lots of Antique dealers, artist, decorators and me. It's fantastic, as a stylist I am always finding wonderful things to work with. I shall keep in touch with you and I have added your site to my favourite blogger list from around the world.

Hola Vale,

Thanks for visiting my blog.It was a great surprise to know that you are from Italy!
I think Italy and Spain are sooo similar in a lot of things...

And surprising was as well, to know that you, the same like me, are loving the northern european style.

Would make me happy if you come to visit my blog some times. I,ll visit yours too!!

Ciao

Just passing by, to get that Antibes-feeling...hehe.
It is freezing-blowing...in Norway today, and the fireplace has been burning for hours but it doesnt seem to help!
Have a nice day!
