Christmas touches!

Some home decorations for Christmas! I haven't too much time in this period...many things to do at work. Tomorrow we'll open a wide exhibition of the '700 master painter Pompeo Batoni. He was from Lucca and he was very famous among the nobles who came to Italy during the Grand Tour in the XVIII century. But I found the time to make some decorations with my daughter Ginevra...she loves Christmas and she made the red wreath by herself!

That's Ginevra' wreath!
Have a nice week end!

E già, confermo quello che dice Margie: tale madre tale figlia. Ginevra è una promessa, la sua decorazione è bellissima.

Lovely wreaths!
Isnt it nice to do something together with the kids!!
Today snow really comes down from above...! Its white all over - the garden looks fantastic (even without my roses..hehe...) - and the kids are out skiing until late at night.
Yesterday we baked Pepperkaker (gingerbread?) with the girls nextdoor, they made really overbig...hearts, to put in their windows. My son thought the heart was a stupid idea, and it showed how he decorated...but I promised him to make another dough today, so he can make a star or a pirate or something, hehe..
This weekend will be busy as always - but tomorrow night we are going to a silent and lovely concert in the church. My husband just doesn`t know yet...hihi...
Have a nice weekend!
And Vale - good luck with the exhibition!! (take some photos!)
