Treasures in the loft

Hunting in the loft, I found some little treasures...
...the kitchen robot was a wedding gift of my mother...1962..

...it's very funny now but it was very modern at that time...

...the old beer bottles bought at a flea market in Czechoslovakia...

...now I've to find a place for these new but old finds...

Please don't tell me that the robot is old...I was born the year after and I don't like to think to be a "period" find!

Some things get better with age: wine and women! It sounds like you are of the very best vintage!

Now the kitchen robot is a cute, but I do think I would want a newer model...

Thanks for visiting and leaving such a sweet comment. You know it really means a lot that people take the time to encourage and comfort.

Have a wonderful weekend in LUCCA!

Good morning Vale!
Oh my goodness! If that robot is old then I am ancient! But it certainly is funny looking! Thanks for giving me a smile the first thing this morning! When I visit Lucca (in just a few weeks!!!)I sure hope there aren't too many of those robots loose around town! :)

Petites choses du Passé ... petits trésors du Présent !
Il faudra que je demande à ma maman de me donner sa vieille cafetière électrique des années 60.
Bisous du coeur.

Cara Vale,

Your robot is just right. Such a lovely piece of vintage (Italian design?). If it works... the better. Use it! Thik of it (and yourself) as an aging beauty. It helps! Buon week-end e bacione, Ingrid

Hihi, what a funny machine, dear Vale! Thanks for showing us! If I understood it right you are born in 1963 - so I am 2 years older than you (and most of the time feeling VERY young ;-)) So you cannot be old!!!
Best wishes, Traude

I think my Mother had something very similar. Not sure what happened to it. I remember her using it often. Can't wait to hear about your visit with Laura in a few more weeks!!! What fun!

Hello my friend,
thank you for all the nice praise on the book, you make me so happy. It was a success and all books are sold out but we will push up more.
Unfortunately I have no books to sell but there are many online stores in the Nordic countries that sell tex OLD STUFF in holland, I think they are chipping books all over Europe.
Many hugs to you / Ingela.
