...I like its rusty look...a monogrammed soap bought in Antibes...
...an old linen towels with my great-grandfather's monograms...
I had a busy week...we opened a new exhibition of one of the main protagonist of the video-art...I like my job when it gives me the opportunity of meeting international artists!
A very sunny and warm Sunday...lots of work in the garden but night arrived earlier today...a new project to make indoor...I'll show you next time!

The enamel soap dish is wonderful...I love it's shape and design..the rust is a bonus! How wonderful to have such lovely linen with your great grandfather's monogram....a treasure, for sure! We had a beautiful fall day here in NY and Rob and I were outside raking leaves and enjoying the gorgeous colors and sunshine! I hope you have a good week ahead!

Hi Vale! You're lucky to have had a warm and sunny day...it's been cold, rainy, and gray here for so long. I need to get out in the garden and do some Fall cleanup myself.
Your flea market finds are really wondederful!!
Oh, and I have never been to Lucca, but it is definitely on my list of must sees! My mom and sister were there a few years back and did find a number of Desideri's in the phone book, but we don't really know if they are related to us or not. I think my aunt is working on some geneology for our family...

In a cuple of weeeks from now... there is just leaf ol over the place....The weekend have been foggy and misty...So I have ben working indoors. Of curse you may have a slice of the cake. Anch'io lo avrei adorato da subito, e anch'io conservo come preziose le vecchie stoffe della nonna con le iniziali ricamate....
