My garden is a small one...I've arranged this little corner as a "jardin d'herbs"...zinc pots and little plants I hope to see growing up...
...lavender....
...thym and lemon-thyme...
...Lavender cotton...
...sage, mint and calamint...
...it isn't an herb, but...the last flowers of the ancient white wisteria!
Wish you a nice and sunny week-end!

Hi Vale,
I love your little jardin. I will have to try some container herbs in the front as I love the look of what you've done here, so pleasant looking!
Thank you for linking back to me for the cookbook and petite french items. I clicked but the link didn't go to me (mine is www.mypetitemaison.blogspot.com). Off to look at your containers once again and be inspired. Happy weekend, Vale.

Dear Vale,
aaahhh, lovely spices and herbs... so you have a mini-garden too! I had lemon thyme last year, but it did not survive the winter I'm afraid. This year I am trying apple mint instead!

Cara Vale,
From all the angles and corners of your garden... you seem to have made the most of it. Lovely pots and arrangements. Herbs are outstanding, aren't they? Hardy. Survive, even if you neglect them a little now and then. And the rich perfumes... In short, they are rewarding! Buon week-end e bacione, cara! Ingrid

Vale - you know what happends if you ask ME to suggest something for your garden........roses. roses roses.....! hehe...
Ask someone who KNOWS your area, - and good soil are needed. But there is a lot of roses who can "make it" anyway.
Buy roses for "beginners" (:-)
- and get started!
Remember to dig deep enough - ask someone!! And do make sure that the roses get company of some Lavenders -
You also have a lot of flowers blooming all summer - whats it called in english...stauder is the norw.word. dont need a lot of "tender caring" to grow and give you pleasure.
Early morning here in Norway now - my husband is golfing already, - and I have put on the washingmaschine.... - going to paint parts of the house today.
Last night was enjoyable - fireplace outside, wine, blanket, candles all over....in fact a nice summer evening -eventually!
Hello,
your garden is a dream.Your home-land Italy loves I.......is simply huge. :o)
A nice sunday with many sunshine wish your bloggerfriend,Elke.
ca sent bon la Provence!!!
