Monday enamel post

Today is Monday but I don't see any other enamel posts on the blogs! Anyway I haven't other ready posts so I show you three old enamel jars from my collection...

















...they have been bought in a flea market in Amsterdam many years ago...

















...green is not my favourite colour, but together with white...it's better...

















...I use them everyday for sugar, coffee and tea...they are on the shelf of my kitchen!

A Summer week end spent on the beach...this week will be shorter at work because we have holidays on Wednesday for the celebration of the republic...

Chalkboard projects

Little projects for busy days...

...two coats on a metal board and on a little glass jar...a piece of chalk...and voilà...I can write personal words and messages!

After busy and hard weeks today I gifted my self with a long Hammam...body and face massages...jasmine and roses oils...scents from Mediterranean...minth tea... no thoughts or troubles...2 hours of total relax! Just what I needed!!!

Garden details...

Beacause of the bad weather and the hard work of the last weeks I didn't decorate my garden yet...

















...I started moving two chairs and a table I've repainted...white!

















...I decorated each chair with different names of herbs...marjoram...

















...rosemary...I'll show you other chairs and herbs as soon I have time to move them to the garden...

















...a while here after work...time to relax and to "visit" my roses...

















...I'm proud of these blossoms in their delicate white-pink...unfortunately the strong rain and hailstorm damaged some of them, but they should bloom all Summer...

Monday enamel post and award!

Hope you had a nice and sunny week end...I worked till Saturday evening because of the congress we organized to celebrate the founder of our foundation...and finally I had a relaxing day on the beach yesterday!

1. I like to be suntanned during the good season...my skin is quite dark and it's easy for me!
2. I adore icecream!
3. I like dreaming...
4. I'd like to speak many foreign languages..
5. If I could, I'd like to change a lot of things at home...but I should have my own home before!!!!
6. I love people with sense of humour...I think it's a sign of intelligence!
7. I'm a strong supporter of the Italian team of football...I suffer so much during the matches...

Monday enamel post

What a bad weather during this week end!!! I worked on Saturday for the exhibition opening and it rained all day long! It has been very interesting..I like meeting artist!!! I hoped in a sunny Sunday...we had the antique market in Lucca this week end, but because of the bad weather only few stalls and nothing interesting to buy!

















...I thought to find a new enamel for the Monday enamel post hosted by Irma, but I couldn't....so I show you again this photo I've already posted, but I have no new pieces to show you! Most of the enamels I have are on my webshop and we keep them in the store where we have all our items!

A new week of work...I'll have a congress next week end...a lot of things have to be managed before it...I hope to be able to enjoy some moments in the garden in my free time...I'm tired of this bad weather and I need the sunshine to recharge my batteries!!!

...the ancient rose is now an explosion of buds...some of you asked me its name...I don't know it...it was already in the garden when my parents bough the house many years ago! The arch is waiting to be covered by climbing roses...

We have a very strange weather...rain and sun and then rain again! Just not so good for the suntan and the beach!
I'll have to work this week end...we'll open a new exhibition on Saturday evening!

Another good news today...my laptop is ok again! I thought it was dead, but...only a bit ill and now it came back to me! Unfortunately I lost most of my data and photos...but now it works!!! I felt so lonely in the past days without it and you!

Monday enamel post

...I bought this bucket last year at a flea market and I use it as a cachepot in the garden...

...my laptop died during the weeek end and I have to ask to my teen daughter if I can use her one...almost never!!! So it's time to make it to be repaired and I already miss it!!! I hope it doesn't take too many days, but probably I won't be able to be present during this week!

The positive note is that LC has received two nice awards in the last days!

...the second one is from my friend Lynda...she's so lively and positive and I love her blog...

I bought a big amount of devotional candles...I need light in my garden for Summer evenings...

















...I've decorated some of them with religious images...but I always need to change...so I made some with bothanical subject...

Monday enamel post

This's my second Monday enamel post....Irma is the author of this nice idea...she truly has a faboulous collection of enamel ware...I've not so much so I don't know how many posts I'll be able to do! Still problems with my pc...I don't know what happens...I've tryed to solve the problem, but I think I'll have to ask for an expert...the problem is that surely I won't have it for a few days!

...they're chipped as you can see, but this isn't a problem for me...I don't like perfection...

















Some new roses and wisteria from my garden...they both are very delicate, but nothing lasts for ever!!!
