French finds!

Here they're two other items bought in France for the web-shop during the Easter vacations... a biscuit tin with lovely decorations...

...an old bowl from the famous French munufactures Sarreguemines...it's a little bit chipped as you can see in the photo, but it's nice anyway and I like the decoration...

I've something more from France to show you, but I still have to take the photos...too busy at work in the last weeks...

Hi Vale
I like the old bowl, my aunt has an old one, and I am tempeted to ask her to leave it to me hehehe.. (as I like old things) but I just don't know how to ask her!!!
In response to your answer:
The sac a linge was made by myself! I do enjoy cross stitching and the finishing was made by me as well!
I've just discovered that I have a good hand for it, as I never had done any sewing before. Funny ins't it? But never is too late...
Have a good night...

Ciao Vale - ma che bel giardiono che hai! What a charming old garden you are showing - and I understand very well you passion for French markets. They are lovely. I have started to visit regularly also the Depot-Vente shhops. They sometimes have very nice things at at very reasonable prices. Check out if there are some of these shops (there are in all French towns) where you are going next. Emmaus also have good stuff but they have increased prices quite a lot the reasent years. See you!

You can use Google translator if there are blogs or other text you like to translate. It is good :) I'll try to write in english - next one about Janneke of course. Beautiful things (as ususal) :))) Hugs. Hanne
